Verifications Levels

ShareRing Link provides different verification levels for users' verified credenitials. VCs that are ShareRing Verified have the highest level of verification. They were added by the user from an NFC document (for instance an e-passport), the information was extracted from the NFC document and cross referenced with information obtained via OCR by scanning the document. The user has passed a face liveness detection test against the photo in the document.

ShareRing Checked have a medium level of accuracy. Information at this level was added by the user from a non-NFC document (for instance a passport or driver's license), the information was extracted from the non-NFC document with OCR, and the user has passed a face liveness detection test against the photo in the document.

User Added docs have not been checked by ShareRing.
